The Unfrozen Toy Box

OVERVIEW

Created for LUMINO at Montréal’s Esplanade Tranquille, The Unfrozen Toy Box reimagines the outdoor skating rink as a large-scale interactive experience where movement, light, and play converge. The installation invites skaters to move through a series of visual worlds evolving in real time beneath their blades, turning the ice into a playful, living playground.

Every element was designed to blend seamlessly into the Rainbow Six universe, from the pacing to the visual language. The goal was to create a dynamic and playful motion piece that captures the game’s energy while keeping every new feature clear and easy to understand.
